On November 15 th , Commission Co Chair and President of PNC Bank Northeast Region Pete Danchak hosted a luncheon for the Commission and OCDEL Deputy Secretary Suzann Morris to present to legislators, providers and business leaders about the important early learning changes happening at the State level.
